Our client is currently seeking a temporary ongoing Housing Advisor based in their Downpatrick Office.
This role is Mon- Fri 9-5
Rate of pay £14.91 per hour
Job Role:
To provide housing advice and assistance to people, who often have complex needs or are facing difficult circumstances with a focus on preventing homelessness
Essential Criteria
1. Possess a minimum of a degree level qualification (level 6*)
AND
Have at least one years’ relevant experience working in a customer support environment.
OR
Possess a minimum of a BTEC Higher qualification (level 5*)
AND
Have at least two years’ relevant experience working in a customer support environment.
