The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for a Bank Housing Support Officer in Broughty Ferry. Immediate start with a start date of 16/12/2024

Pay: £13.54 Per Hour

Location: Broughty Ferry

Hours: Will be a mix of Day Shift, Back Shift and Night Shift. Part time and Full time positions available

Duties:

  • Respond to residents who may be feeling poorly, and medical attention might be required
  • Security of the building, internal and external checks
  • Responsible as a lone working job
  • Basic domestic tasks

Requirements:

  • Has experience working within Housing Support
  • Flexible with shifts
  • Has an SVQ 2 in House, Support Work or equivalent
  • Can undergo a PVG check
  • A good team player, good communicator, approachable, reliable and resilient
  • Good listening skills
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations
