HR Administrator – Belfast (24 – 26K) (Hybrid)
The Recruitment Co. are delighted to be working with a prominent player in the energy sector, seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join the team in Belfast. As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources functions and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Benefits Administration:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programmes.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and escalate issues when necessary.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about relevant employment legislation and ensure compliance.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to resolve employee relations issues.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist in the coordination of HR-related events and training programmes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a related role.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
