Responsibilities:

Retain and grow the existing customer base in line with business strategy.
Implement segment strategy campaigns and develop customer portfolios.
Act as the voice of the customer, understanding their needs and future requirements.
Report monthly KPIs, maintain quality standards, and forecast customer metrics.
Manage customer terminations, debt issues, and pricing agreements.
Advocate for improvements to meet customer requirements.
Visit customers on site.

Experience:

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Attention to detail, data analysis, and organisational abilities.
Customer-focused with a flexible, customer-first approach.
IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in either: Hospitality, Warehouse and Industrial sites would be an advantage but not essential.
