This is an exciting opportunity to step into a luxurious working environment that can’t be rivalled. Our client is looking for a passionate and confident individual to join their team as a Gift Card Sales Specialist – you will be responsible for championing the brand and creating excitement whilst inspiring customers to purchase the best gift they can give!

Always leading from the front, you will take ownership of converting enquiries to purchases, offer excellent customer service, and create an exciting gifting experience to secure and maximise all revenue opportunities.

The Role:

As a Gift Card Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving the sales of our day spa gift vouchers within one of our many venues, delivering an approachable, professional and passionate service to our customers.

• Building interest and awareness of the brand and the prestigious services we offer with our wonderful customers
• Assisting customers with potential purchases with knowledge and confidence
• Champion the brand in every aspect and in every conversation – showing genuine passion for our brand and what we do.
• Drive sales and utilise all avenues to do so
