Job Title: Administrator/Customer Service Advisor

Location: Newport/Caerleon

Hours: Full time. Monday – Thursday 08:30-5:00 and 08:30-4:00pm on a Friday) Temporary to Permanent

Salary: Can flexible depending on experience

We are are currently recruiting a Administrator/Customer Service Advisor work for a client of ours based in Newport/Caerleon.

Main job roles:

  • Quoting and processing customer orders, dealing with queries
  • Liaising with customers by telephone and e mail
  • Promotional/canvassing/sourcing new sales opportunities
  • Good telephone manner required, some admin work
  • Ideally some previous sales experience but if not full training will be given
