Southam (Hybrid and Remote available)
FTC to January 2025 with a Permanent Opportunity
£16 per hour

Working Hours 9am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-2pm Friday (flexible on the Monday-Thursday hours)

Our prestigious client based in Southam are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive, this is viewed a a temporary role, however with a strong possibility that it lead to a permanent position.

As an Internal Sales representative, you will need to be a natural relationship builder, someone who can easily and comfortably start and then lead a conversation, without the need to work to a fixed script, then to take the conversation further to enhance the chance or a sales opportunity,that might be a quote, a visit, a Teams appointment or simply logging information provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling customers that have been quoted recently for both Calibration and Service work to see if the quote is of interest and log and feedback
  • Calling previous customers where equipment is due for re-calibration according to data and enquire to see if they require a service.
  • Calling lapsed customers and building the relationship back up.
  • Calling all new target customers to ascertain whether there is any interest in the client’s services
  • Any addition courtesy or other calls as business needs dictate.
  • Conduct outbound lead nurturing to identify and cultivate potential clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in an internal sales environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner essential
  • Familiarity with Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills.
