The Recruitment Co. are recruiting an Internal Account Executive for our client in the
Livingston area. As the internal account manager you will be responsible for covering a
variety of accounts in the Midlothian area, working with a dedicated external business
manager you will have the aim of growing new business and developing the existing
customer base.

This role includes:

● Working with a dedicated external business development manager
● Creating and implementing a business plan for allocated territory to maximise sales &
deliver excellent standards of customer service & support.
● Working to set Sales and Gross Profit forecasts.
● Maintaining and developing existing key accounts, whilst also identifying prospective
companies and working to make them new customers.
● Working with and updating bespoke CRM systems to follow up all leads,
enquiries/quotes.
● Providing a consultative approach with customers, creating effective solutions to
meet their needs.
● Creating bespoke quotes and converting to sales, all with high levels of accuracy and
attention to detail.
● Having the ability to multitask and manage ongoing projects is a must.
● Developing/maintaining a strong knowledge of all packaging solutions and full
product range.

The ideal candidate would:

● Have an experienced sales background (ideally 1 years experience with CRM usage)
● Effective negotiation skills, has the ability to build strong relationships with
exceptional communication skills
● Great customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront when
selling and being able to show a recent-track record of success in meeting sales
targets.

Hours : Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary : £22k – £28k (depending on experience)
