Our client a trusted supply chain partners for businesses across the UK & Ireland, are seeking a IT Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day technology services across support (in-house/offshore), infrastructure and security.

Reporting to the group Director you will Maintain a high availability and reliability of systems and network, and make key decisions on technology supplier selection and negotiation of contracts and the delivery of the department’s strategic aims.

With this being said I am seeking the following experience and knowledge:

• Ensure IT Governance across the technology estate.
• Manage and monitor cyber security compliance.
• Reporting to the Group IT Director and SLT
• Maintain and develop technology policies.
• Manage the technology budget and drive financial goals.
• Provide support and guidance to the IT team.
• Manage the day-today technology vendor relationships
• Continually seek opportunities or improvement and efficiency’s within the technology team and wider business.
• Analyse and evaluate current technology systems and services, with a view to improve performance within budget constraints.
• Support the Group IT Director in strategic project delivery and budget planning.
