Our client based in Daventry are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design and creativity. Their dynamic team is passionate about delivering top-notch visual experiences that captivate and inspire. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join their creative team and contribute to exciting projects.
They are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to support their design team in producing engaging visual content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Marketing team reporting to the Marketing Manager to assist in producing and managing campaign materials
• Contribute to creative decisions relating to marketing new and innovative products
• Assist the team to work towards annual KPIs
• Willing to learn,huge opportunity for the growth for the right candidate
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Entry Level
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Premier Pro experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects for different customer bases.
• Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
• Good communication Skills and professionalism
