The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a junior sales administrator for a client based in Houghton Le Spring.
The duties include but not limited to
Answering inbound calls from clients/potential clients
Engaging with brokers/leads
Outbound calls to warm leads
Working using CRM system and spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner and customer services skills. Be able to work in a fast paced busy office. Experience is not necessary as training will be provided. Pay attention to detail.
Office based for the first 6 months with the flexibility of working from home after that. Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour lunch
Immediate start
Bonus structure based on conversion rate

20 holidays plus bank holidays
Permanent position
Flexibility to choose weekly pay or monthly pay.
Smart/casual dress code
The office is a relaxed open office with a small team of 5.
