Location: Kinloss
Pay: £10.42 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 11am to 6:30pm.
Contract: Temporary, immediate start available.
Duties:

• Ensuring all food hygiene regulations are adhered to.
• Checking in food deliveries.
• Cleaning duties associated with food preparation and service.
• Ensuring correct storage of food items after service.
• Comply with health and safety standards.
• Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
• Other duties requested by management.

What our client is looking for in a Kitchen Porter:

• A keen interest in food and food service.
• Previous experience in a high volume kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can work well in a team setting.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP.
