As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in our outbound call division, reconnecting with lapsed clients across different divisions.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to relapsed clients, offering them our services and addressing their needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Understand client requirements and tailor our offerings to meet their specific needs.
Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions and update the customer database accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of potential leads.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout the workday.

Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A positive attitude with the ability to see through all negatives.
