Leasehold Officer
£14.35 per hour
37 hours a week
The role of the Leasehold Unit Officer is, to work as part of a specialist team to assist in the calculation of service charges for both General Service Charges and Planned Scheme/Improvement works.
Preparation of Service Charge Account information for Leaseholders and their representatives. Dealing with Leasehold customer queries in relation to service delivery aspects of the leasehold service.
Applying Income collection procedures for recovery of monies and implementing arrears recovery procedures. Liaising with other departments and business units to ensure correct charging and billing information.
Analysis of information from various systems and sources.
Update and administration of Leasehold charging and collection system.
Work collaboratively with other teams to meet the identified collective purpose for
income collection.
Organising and prioritising workload appropriately and independently. Undertake
other relevant duties as may, from time to time, be required.
Experience
1-5 Years
Qualifications
1. Candidates must possess a BTEC Higher or equivalent
qualification plus one year’s relevant general administrative
experience.
or
BTEC National or equivalent qualification plus two years’ relevant
general administrative experience.
* General administrative experience must be within an office
based environment and include either investigatory
responsibility, or customer care responsibility or experience in the
use and maintenance of information systems
