Leisure Assistant Vacancies
Locations: Carrickfergus, Larne or Ballymena
Pay: £13.70 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Casual / On Call
The Recruitment Co. is currently recruiting Lifeguard / Leisure Assistants to work across leisure facilities in Carrickfergus, Larne and Ballymena.
Key Responsibilities
- Lifeguarding and supervising customers
- Providing first aid when required
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Maintaining clean, safe and welcoming leisure facilities
- Completing daily water testing and relevant records
- Setting up, dismantling and safely storing leisure equipment
Essential Criteria
- Current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- Good standard of physical fitness
Previous experience working within the leisure industry would be desirable.
Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include evenings, weekends and public holidays depending on service requirements.
