Machine Operator Pay Rate:

• £11.55 per hour + a monthly attendance bonus of £86

This is a full-time temp to perm role with the potential to start immediately

Machine Operator shift patterns:

• Monday to Friday
• 6am to 2pm/2pm to 10pm – weekly rotation

About the role:

• Working to set procedures and tolerances
• Operating machines to a high rate of efficiency to produce quality machined parts.
• Maintain continuity among colleagues by documenting, reporting and communicating on actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• To undertake training and operate a range of CNC machinery.
• To maintain the work is to a high standard of housekeeping.
• Providing cover for the shift leading hand when required.
• To perform tasks throughout the cleats department area including: packing, operation of the cleat saws and operation of the lathe.
• Follow a production plan to ensure parts are made on time of delivery.

Basic CNC knowledge is required although training can be provided.
