The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Machine Operators for our manufacturing client based in Chorley.

Candidates must have previous experience working as a Machine Operator or a Production Operative in a Manufacturing environment.

Duties include:

Operating Machinery
Monitoring Production
Quality Control
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Following Safety Procedures
Record Keeping
Loading and Unloading

We have 2 shift patterns available:

Rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
Fixed Night Shift 10pm-6am

The pay rate for rotating day shifts will be £13.43 per hour.

If you are an experienced Machine Operator you will start on the rate of £13.43, however this rate will be increased to £13.63 following a period of training.
This will increase again after 12 weeks to £14.99 per hour.

The pay rate for nights will be £15.26 per hour.

Long term work leading to permanent for the right candidates.
