The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to work in Community sites within the Fylde Coast

This role is for between 3-6 months with an option to be extended

This is a full time role working 8am-5pm 5 days per week

This is a mobile role and you will be given a van to use as transport between sites, therefore applicants must have a valid UK driver’s licence

Hourly rate starts at £12.45 , Saturdays £15.44, Sundays £19.33

Duties include:

  • Fixing taps & unblocking sinks and toilets
  • Repairing doors and locks
  • Repairs beds and chairs
  • Working as a mate to tradespeople
  • Basic plumbing
  • general repairs and upkeep of site equipment
  • Fire door/ Fire alarm checks
  • performing daily checks
