The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to work in Blackpool

This is a temporary ongoing role with a view to be taken permanent

This is a full time role working 7am-7pm on a 3 on 3 off basis, training would be done on a 8am-4pm shift M-F

Hourly rate starts at £11.60 , Saturdays £15.44, Sundays £19.33

Duties include:

  • Fixing taps & unblocking sinks and toilets
  • Repairing doors and locks
  • Repairs beds and chairs
  • Working as a mate to tradespeople
  • Basic plumbing
  • general repairs and upkeep of site equipment
  • Fire door/ Fire alarm checks
  • performing daily checks
