Appointment booking / Room Booking.
* Typing letters / Audio Typing
* Reception / telephony cover.
* Discharging patients from staff caseloads.
* Updating Patient’s electronic file with any relevant information.
* Working on Encompass system / managing work queues.
* Any other ad hoc duties.
