Multilingual Customer Service Advisor – German & English

Based in London (E14)

Offering: £22,000 Per annum + bonus (£26,800 OTE)

Contract: Temp to Perm and Permanent Contracts Available!

We are working on behalf of a International Outsourcer who have over 100 sites globally, they have joined forces with a large number of well known brands and business to provide the very customers services. We are recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our team!

The Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

• Working shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday to Saturday
• Shift rota’s will be provided one month in advance of.

Location: London (E14)

This is a hybrid position, split between the office and work from home.

The Role:

Within this role of a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for delivering first class customer service via inbound customer service calls, emails and live chat queries. We are looking for a multilingual individual who can speak both German and English.

• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent numeracy and literacy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good analytical, decision making and problem solving abilities
• Previous call centre/back office experience (desirable)
