We’re on the hunt for a National Account Manager to join our team and take charge of a critical territory, stretching from Birmingham up to the M62. This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-respected brand in the on-trade sector, driving growth and making a tangible impact.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of on-trade customers, using your expertise to develop tailored strategies.

  • Use selling and negotiation skills to secure and maintain key accounts, driving volume and profitability.
  • Act as a role model, inspiring a cross-functional team and setting high standards of execution.

  • Generate and evaluate business plans, ensuring goals are met and exceeded.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Strong background in account management within FMCG, particularly in the on-trade sector.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L, gross profit, and financial metrics.
  • Key Skills: Selling, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making.
  • Results-Oriented: A passion for delivering results against challenging targets and timelines.
  • Leadership Qualities: Able to inspire, focus, and drive dispersed teams to success.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to change, and eager to make a difference.
  • IT Literate: Proficient with tools to manage accounts, analyze data, and communicate effectively.
