My client, a local NHS Trust based in Liverpool, is currently looking for Domestic Supervisors to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

Suitable candidates should have experience in a similar role, and good knowledge of COSHH, National Cleaning Standards and Infection Control Procedures.

All roles offered subject to passing a full DBS check

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• The supervision and well-being of the Domestic Assistants
• Responsible for the supervisor of domestic services, ensuring high standards are met throughout
• Ensuring all staff follow safe systems of work for all cleaning tasks
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed correctly and on time e.g. flushing records, infection clean documentation etc.
• Update and maintain staff rotas
• Supporting new starters and ensuring all mandatory training is completed
• Taking part in staff training and ensuring all employees are kept up to date with legislation and best practises in the workplace
• Being part of performance reviews and annual appraisals
• Monitoring sickness and absences and managing accordingly through correct disciplinary procedures
• Dealing with payroll and reconciling any wage queries
• Assisting with all domestic assistant duties as and when required, as well as standing in for senior management during holiday periods

Rate: £11.67ph Mon-Fri, £15.75ph Sat and £19.72 Sun
Hours: Mon-Fri – 3pm-8pm

5 out of 7 – 6am-2pm / 11am-7pm

4 on 4 off – 7pm-7am
Role: Immediate start, subject to passing a DBS check
