Offering £10.42 per hour, paid weekly – every Friday!
Start date: November 2023
Full time contract, 40 hours per week!
We are currently recruiting for Non Vocal Customer Service Advisors to join our clients head office based in Rochdale. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the hottest highstreet and online retailers in the UK – they pride themselves on their innovation and passion for what they do and are looking for like minded, forward thinking and customer focused individuals to join their energetic team!

The Role:

  • Responding to customer queries across various IT and Social Media platforms, queries will be in connection to; refunds, exchanges, sizing, deliveries, product/stock enquiries etc.
  • Dealing with a large volume of webchat, whatsapp and email based queries.
  • Providing a first time resolution to customers in a professional but personable manner – ensuring to go above and beyond for each customer whilst meeting their wants, needs and desires.
  • Make each response personal and tailored to the customer
  • Working as part of a supportive team
  • Being a representative for the client and the brand, ensuring to have the customer as well as the brand at the heart of everything exchange.

The Hours:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Working 4 on 4 off between Monday – Sunday
  • Set shift between 8am-7pm
The Person:
  • Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, ideally within a web chat or phone based role but this is not essential
  • Ability to genuinely empathise with our customers, with the passion to resolve the issue first time by taking ownership and offering tailored solution
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically written based
  • Exceptional IT skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, this is the clients busiest period of the year and it will be fast paced and demanding
  • All candidates must be able to pass a DBS check and provide referencing details
  • All candidates must be fully flexible in line with their shifts
