We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our client in Lisburn on a PERMANENT basis!

  • Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 4pm!
  • Salary £23,500-£27,500 DOE
  • Permanent position

The successful candidate will:
1. Assist with general bookkeeping duties
2. Ensure customer interactions with the company are positive
3. Take customer calls and respond to general enquiries
4. Provide great service
5. Assist customers to complete the full sales order process
Key requirements/ Previous experience is required
Excellent telephone manner and customer service
Proficient in the use of Sage 50 and Excel
Help support to the General Manager and Company Accountant for monthly management as required
Competent with CRM database and general bookkeeping duties
Stock control, dispatching goods, invoicing, credit control and purchase orders
Purchase Ledger preparation
Any other duties requested from management
