Order Process Administrator
12 Month Contract
£24,000-£26,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Full time, Monday – Friday
Location Daventry
We are looking for a sales process administrator who has experience using either SAP or Oracle, both would be ideal! This role is a 12 month contract working on a friendly,vibrant and professional team based on the Daventry site.
Responsibilities of the order administrator includes:
- Administration of sales orders
- Creating and tracking orders on spreadsheets
- Providing updates of orders to customers
- Ensuring all departments are aware of any order issues and escalate as required
- Discuss orders with shipping partners & arrange delivery
- General admin duties within the office
- Answer phones to customers as required
Experience & skills required includes
- Experience of using CRM systems including Oracle and/or SAP are essential
- Previous administration experience is required
- Good communication written and verbally
- Experienced in customer service
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including, excel, word and outlook
The onboarding process does take a couple of weeks – just an FYI for any immediately available workers
