The Recruitment Co are recruiting for an Outbound Sales Agents for our client in Widnes.
This role is for an immediate start and is on a temporary to permanent basis,

We are looking to recruit vibrant and enthusiastic candidates to join the team!

You will be working in a call centre environment, making outbound calls to customers who have registered or shown an interest in our clients products, You will discuss the products available and arrange for the sales team to attend a home visit.

Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm

The Role:
-Making outbound calls
-Booking appointments for the sales team to attend
-Providing product information to the customers

Pay:
£11.44 per hour + Commission scheme bonuses.

Bonus:
An extra £1 per meeting booked,
An extra £5 if the meeting is attended and the client fills out the questionnaire
An extra £20 if the client makes a purchase
After you book 3 meetings, the £20 increases to £30.

**If the whole team hit the meetings booked target over the month, with a completion rate of 95% then all commission is doubled for everyone!!**

Desired Skills / Experience:
Previous sales experience or call centre experience is required
Fluent in speaking English
Not afraid to pick up the phone and speak with customers.
