The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for Permanent PA for their client based in Dundee.

Pay: £27,360 – £29,737 Per Annum

Location: Dundee

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm (This includes earlier starting

times or working later at meetings for example. All Board meetings and a

number of Committees are currently scheduled for early evening, finishing

around 6.30pm)

Contract: Permanent

Duties:

• Act as the initial point of contact for the COO
• Organise, maintain and manage the COO’s diary (Outlook Calendar) in liaison with the COO
• Arrange telephone/Teams appointments as required
• Brief the COO, daily on short, medium and long-term diary updates assisting with planning and
• providing dynamic recommendations and options.
• Organise meetings chaired by the COO and take minutes/notes or dictation and provide general assistance during meetings as required
• Ensure the COO is well-prepared for meetings with relevant correspondence.
• Liaise with the Rector’s PA on various matters as required
• Oversee coordination of Bursary and other financial support applications and log them.
• Coordinate any required documentation to explain the financial support available.
• Assist in arranging private discussions/meetings around payment of fees and general financial management of the School
• Coordinate any staffing matters which need handled by the COO, including preparation of necessary documentation
• Minute taking for all Board and Committee meetings
• Organise catering for Board events

Required Skills:

• Educated to Higher level
• Prior experience of working in a PA role is essential
• Experience of dealing with people in challenging circumstances
• Experience working with financial information is desirable
• Experience working with highly sensitive and confidential information essential
• Familiarity with Data Protection (GDPR) legislation
