Are you currently on the job market looking for a new role based in Manchester City Centre? Do you have experience of working across property within the legal sector? The Recruitment Co. are currently recruiting for one of our key clients and this could be the opportunity you are looking for!

Job Responsibilities:

• Title and document review exercises and the preparation of reports
• Ordering conveyancing searches and reporting on the results
• Post completion activities
• Basic conveyancing tasks

The Person:

• Property legal experience
• Experience working within a fast paced environment
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• Ability to work within a team
• Strong education background
