Our public sector client seeks a full-time temporary Medical Receptionist based in Lisburn. This role will be based in a health care setting. *Starting immediately

Hours of work: Monday -Friday 1pm – 5pm

Rate of pay £11.45 per hour

Temporary position

Duties include:

  • Greeting people at front desk
  • Signing patients in
  • Answering high volume of calls
  • Providing an efficient & effective receptionist/telephonist service to all visitors, patients & staff
  • Filing
  • General admin and word processing duties

 

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have 4 GCSE’s including English language grade C
  • Previous admin experience
  • Must be able to work on own initiative
  • Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Products including Excel and Word
