Job Title: Part-Time Transport Admin Clerk
Location: ASDA Warehouse, Larne
Hours: 16 hours per week (work pattern to be agreed)
The working hours can be discussed, it could be 8-12 for 4 days or 9-13 for 4 days or similar
About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Transport Admin Clerk to join our dynamic team at the ASDA warehouse in Larne. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our transport department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transport administration, including processing drivers’ trip sheets and liaising with customers.
- Handle and return transport paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Update spreadsheets for deliveries and verify fuel receipts.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, covering projects and supporting business requirements.

- PC Literate: Strong computer skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-sufficient.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and work flexible hours when required.
