Administrator Pay Rate: £17.43 per hour

Job Duties
The role holder, who works alongside the CEO (Grade 3), is line managed by a Deputy Principal. Within this post the role holder manages the Chief Executives Office and has line management responsibility for one Personal Secretary (PS). This is a job share opportunity working alongside the current EO1, sharing responsibilities.
(a) Co-ordination of all electronic and other written material/information received/issued from the Chief Executive’s Office
(b) Ensuring meetings and events (both internal and external) are arranged and CEO is fully prepared and supported, if required, for every event.
(c) Assisting Chief Executive with correspondence and day to day diary management on an ad hoc basis, and acting as first point of contact for correspondence with Chief Executive
(d) Line management responsibility for 1 member of staff and assisting in supporting the NISRA Senior Management Team, ( 5 Grade 5 Directors and 1 Grade 6 manager, who work alongside NISRA Chief Executive) and general office administrative support.
(e) Other Corporate duties, as required including:
- Oversee travel arrangements and completion of CEO Travel & Subsistence claims
- Making sure relevant information is recorded, retained, current and shared through regular Content Manager housekeeping of the Chief Executive and Ministerial inboxes and management of Outlook calendars.
- Manage records in line with departmental information management policy and the appropriate and easily accessible storage of correspondence and other documents.

Essential Experience &Qualifications required:
Whilst supporting the CEO the role holder requires a high level of executive skills including planning, prioritising and organising to meet demanding deadlines. To achieve effective results the role holder requires:
- 2 A levels with a minimum of 18 months’ experience
- Effective communication skills to engage with colleagues, often at a senior level in order to meet tight timescales;
- The ability to work collaboratively; share information, build supportive responsive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders thereby establishing good working relationships;
- Good organisation & time management skills– prioritising tasks, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and meeting deadlines
- A proficiency in the use of Windows applications including Word, PowerPoint, Project and Excel
An Access NI will be required for this role
