We have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Insurance Customer Advisor to join our client in Lisburn and Banbridge on a Permanent basis!
- Salary : £25,000
- 35 hour week
- Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
- Working 2 days in Banbridge either Monday or Tuesday and Friday
- 3 days in Lisburn office
Job duties:
The suitable candidate will be responsible for providing customers with quotations
Produce renewals and any suitable adjustments required for the following; home, car and other personal insurance
Working in a small team
Must have great customer service as you will be required to speak with customers by telephone,, email and face to face
You must maintain high customer service at all times, working in a fast paced environment
Work independently and in a team
Essential Criteria:
Communicate clearly
Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent A-C, including English and Maths Previous experience in personal insurance is desirable but full training will be provided.
