Our public sector Client seeks a Full-time Secretary in Armagh. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a public sector body.
Hours- Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Rate of pay £11.11
Duties:
- Organising regular meeting’s
- Typing and word processing duties
- Audio typing
- Diary management
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role
OR
18 months experience in a clerical / administrative rolePremiere People is a corporate member for the Recruitment and Employers Confederation operating as an Employment Business for the recruitment of temporary vacancies
- OCR/RSA Stage 2 Text Processing Part 1 & 2 Word Processing/Typing.
OR
1 years’ typing / word processing experience to include typing of reports, formatting and circulation of correspondence, use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, etc.).
- 1 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
