We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Belfast as a full-time Personal Secretary.

PS Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible

PS hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
About the PS role:
The post holder will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for Northern Ireland to provide an efficient, effective and responsive executive administrative support service.
The key responsibilities of the post include:
· Diary Management.
· Maintaining the Chief Nursing Officer’s mail inbox, to include monitoring, filtering and prioritising e-mails and passing to the relevant team for action, where appropriate.
· Providing meeting support, including organisation of meetings, circulation of materials and note taking, when required.
· Collating supporting papers and briefing material for meetings.
· Maintaining an appropriate ‘brought forward’ system to effectively manage competing tasks.
· Occasional assisting with event organisation.
Knowledge and Skills
· Effective communication skills to engage with colleagues and a range of stakeholders, often at a senior level.
· Well-developed organisational skills, for example being able to prioritise effectively and adapt to new situations as they arise.
· Ability to work flexibly on one’s own initiative without direct supervision, frequently to tight deadlines, and to recognise when to seek assistance and/or who to contact to progress work or make decisions, as appropriate.
· Ability to work collaboratively and build responsive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
· Sound working knowledge in the use of Windows applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· The nature of the role means that other ad hoc tasks may arise.
Please note that continuous support regarding the necessary knowledge for executing this role, including familiarity with the subjects the Chief Nursing Officer will handle in correspondence, will always be accessible through the wider Chief Nursing Officer Group administrative team.
Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English and 2 A levels.
An Access NI application will be required during the registration process.
