Our client based in St are looking for an Personal Secretary to join their team
Job Description:
The duties of the post are:
Diary management – arranging meetings, accepting invites, collating papers etc
Mailbox management – categorising emails, creating a daily log of emails to be actioned
Records management – ensuring emails etc are appropriately saved on the Department’s record management system
Travel arrangements – booking flights and accommodation as required
Corporate governance – Liaison with OCMO iro corporate returns such as finance etc
Please note this is not an exhaustive list, though gives a good indication of the main duties of the post. Additional duties supporting the administrative team within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer may arise according to business needs
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- 2 Alevels
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desirable skills:
Computer skills including use of word, excel, emails and familiarity of working with figures.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Good interpersonal and team skills.
Previous experience of working with AccountNI would be useful.
Wage:
– £14.50ph (weekly)
