A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Personnel officer to join our client’s global manufacturing company based in South shore FY4

This role is commutable for people in Blackpool, Lytham, St Annes, Kirkham, Preston, Bispham, Layton, Poulton and South shore

Personnel officer Salary: £25,000- £30,000

Personnel officer Hours of work: 9.00am-5.00pm Monday- Friday

Personnel officer Roles and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the recruitment life cycle,
• Advertising roles and processing applications
• Assist with interviews and manage the onboarding process.
• To be actively involved in absence management
• To have an involvement in investigations, disciplinary and grievances.
• Preparation of reports

Personnel officer skills required:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Can do attitude
• An effective team player.
• Good IT, literacy, numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• CIPD level 5 qualified
