Temporary Administration Assistant (12-Month Contract)
We are seeking motivated Administration Assistants to join NIE Networks’ Customer Delivery Directorate. Based across the North, South, and East Depots, you will manage day-to-day administrative functions, interact with customers, and support business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process documentation and input data using Work Management Systems.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, Smartsheet, and relevant databases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Provide general administrative support (e.g., photocopying, filing, minute-taking).
- Respond to customer and internal queries.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 4 GCSEs at Grade C (including Maths and English) or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to quality. Prior experience in a busy office environment and familiarity with bespoke IT systems like Smartsheet is desirable.
