Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Belfast Docks are looking for an Admin Officer to join their team.

Duration: 3 Months with possibility of extension

Rate of pay: The initial training period will be Mon-Fri -1700 lasting 12 weeks during which the rate of pay will be £11.99 per hour. Hour worked outside of this attract a pay rate of £15.92

After training the rate of pay is £11.99 per hour on the Mon-Fri -1700 shift. The candidate may be required to work alternative shift patterns which provide cover on a 24 hour basis and attract the following rates of pay:

Weekday – £14:36

Saturday: £20:31

Sunday: £26.27

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: The current shift pattern hours worked are:

9am – 5pm

5pm – 1am

1am – 9am

Subject to business needs, shift patterns may vary and be subject to change.

Location: Airport Road

Duties:

To support the administrative support structure for SPS checks at NI Ports of Entry by carrying out documentary checks on plant, plant products, seed potatoes and used agricultural machinery ensuring they meet the appropriate legislative requirements.

Post Training work Locations may include: Belfast (Clare House, Airport Road), Belfast Port (Milewater Road), Larne Port (PoundStreet) as per business requirements.

Essential Criteria:

* 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths & English (We will require proof at time of application)

The successful candidates must have access to a form of transport which will enable them to fulfil their duties
