The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Plumber to work for our client based within the Fylde Coast

This role is for between 3-6 months with an option to be extended

This is a full time role working 8am-5pm 5 days per week

This is a mobile role and you will be given a van to use as transport between sites, therefore applicants must have a valid UK driver’s licence as you will need to travel to jobs between Carnforth, Blackpool and Lytham

Salary for this role is £29,800 per annum

Duties include:

• To provide an effective and efficient maintenance and repair service to all plumbing
  installations e.g. hot and cold water services and mains distribution, gas services, boilers and
  space heating systems, water storage tanks, sanitary fittings and firefighting equipment.
• Installation and acceptance testing of new systems and equipment as required.
• Ability to interpret detailed technical manuals, diagnose faults and repair specialist
  engineering facilities, assist in commissioning , problem solving new technical services and
  communicate technical knowledge to others, particularly in the safe use of equipment.
• Actively participate in the operation of the works help desk, including the timely completion
  of work dockets.
• The completion of maintenance inspections records and test certificates as necessary.
