Our client is looking for a Premises Officer to join their team in Larne!
Rate of pay: £14.50PH
Location: Larne
Hours: 37 Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 8am-8pm Rota – Flexi working
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
A Premises Officer is responsible for ensuring that policies relating to the safety and security of their premises are fully implemented. They are responsible for Accommodation, Energy Management & Energy Related Issues, Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Reporting Maintenance issues, ensuring appropriate security procedures and Finance issues such as ensuring premises related invoices are received. Premises Officers will deal with Contractors on site.
Full attendance will be required during the first 8 weeks of training and consolidation with no leave permitted.
Essential Criteria:
5 GCSEs including Maths & English and 2 A levels in 2 different subjects
