The Recruitment Co. are delighted to be hiring Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Lochgelly!
Contract: Temp to Perm
Pay: £10.42 per hour
Location: Lochgelly
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 08.15 – 5.00pm, Friday 08.00-12.30pm (40 hours per week)

Main Responsibilities:

• Use machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Stock control of materials used.
• Packing of orders.
• Use of forklift (training will be provided for the right candidate)
• Ensuring the production area is kept clean and tidy.
• Follow company and statutory health & safety procedures.
• To observe company procedures and instructions.
• To undertake any other appropriate duties.

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:

• An individual with previous factory experience ideally from a machine operative background, however full training will be provided.
• Someone with high attention to detail.
• Someone who can follow written and verbal instructions.
• An individual who is keen to learn and develop new skills.
• An individual who can work well in a team and on own initiative.
