The Recruitment Co are on the look out for Production Operatives to join their manufacturing client in Estover Plymouth, PL6 7TL.

Pay: £10.85 an hour

Hours: Shift One – 8.00AM to 4.30PM Monday to Thursday Friday 5.40 to 2pm

Shift Two – 2pm to 12pm Monday to Thursday

Location: Estover Industrial Estate, Plymouth

Duration: This is a Temp Ongoing position, if you excel you will be offered a permanent role at the company

IMMEDIATE STARTS!

Your role as a Production Operative:

• You will be trained to coil and prepare cables and wires.
• You will be responsible to package and label wires for shipping.
• You will be working as a team in a fast paced environment.
• You will be trained to run specialist machines.
• As you learn the role you will take on new responsibilities within the factory such as running machines.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience within a production environment is advantageous but not essential.
• You must have good attendance and time keeping.
• Ability to work within a team and learn alongside others.
• Listening to instructions and acting on them in a timely fashion.
