The Recruitment Co are delighted to be recruiting for a number of General Production Operatives for their client based in Kirriemuir.

Pay rate: £10.52 per hour

Start date: ASAP

Contract: Temporary to permanent opportunity

Working hours: 07.30-16.00 Monday – Thursday and 07:00 – 15:00 on a Friday

Duties:

• Carry out machining, eye-letting, examining, and ticketing

Work effectively as part of the production team to be able to respond to changing requirements and promote a ‘right first time, no fault’ forward approach to quality.

• Monitor quality and report any faults or requirements, where appropriate.
• Manage and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety procedures.
• Assist in other tasks or areas, when the business needs it.
• Maintain a good standard of housekeeping within your work area.

• The ability able to work safely, effectively and productively with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify problems.
• Good communication skills and can anticipate the needs of others when communicating and check for understanding.
• The ability to work both as part of a team or on an individual basis
• Flexibility and drive to respond to changing requirements in order to achieve customer expectations on time
