The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for Productions Operatives to join a large manufacturer in the Rochdale area.
The company specialises in the manufacturing of plastic moulding parts.
Location: Rochdale OL16
Temporary to Permanent
Shifts: We have the following shift pattern available:
6am – 2pm/ 2pm-10pm (rotate – must be able to work both)
6am-6pm Monday – Thursday / 6pm-6am Monday – Wednesday (rotate – must be able to work both)
Responsibilities;
- Sanding
- Denibbing parts
- Trimming plastic
- Prepping parts
- Loading products on to the line
- Bonding large items
- Assembling lights and grills
The starting salary for day shifts is £11.47 per hour
Once candidates are trained in different areas the salary increases at the below increments:
£11.62 p/h
£11.83 p/h
£12.29 p/h
The night shift rate will be £13.76 per hour
