Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Monmouth

Salary: £10.75 an hour goes up to £11.21 per hour after 12 weeks

Hours: Full time. Monday – Thursday 8:00-16:30 and Friday 8:00 – 15:15

Our very well established client in Monmouth is currently looking for a Picker Packer to to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Main Job roles:

• Process customer orders in an efficient, safe manner.
• Maintain service levels within the dispatch department.
• Focused on achieving the highest standards of individual and team performance.
• Carry out tasks to enable the business to meet its performance commitments regarding acknowledged delivery dates to our customers.
• Work to the Standard Operating Procedure and ensure compliance is maintained at all times.
• To ensure the company’s standards are followed and met.
• To ensure company procedures and rules that apply to Health and Safety at Work and hygiene regulations are followed.
• To meet any KPI’s set by the business.
• To attend to other duties, from time to time, as reasonably requested by your manager.

Skills:

• Experience in fast paced manufacturing desirable
