My client based in Middlesbrough is looking for an experienced Production Trainer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Experience within the food and beverage industry is preferred.

Duties:

  • Organise, develop and maintain documents relating to operating procedures, works instructions and procedures.
  • Work with different levels of management to ensure the correct level of staffing is kept within the business.
  • Ensure all procedures are kept up to date and are clear.
  • Organise ways to improve teams.
  • Coach teams in the application of safety tools.
  • Challenge, check and change any training to achieve better results.

Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Salary: £29,925 PA
