We are currently recruiting for an Programme Change Lead based in Belfast. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork, ANI clearance has been completed.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with a possibility of extension
Rate of pay: £24.59
Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Role is within a Business Change Management Team, which will lead on the design, development and implementation on a Benefits Realisation Plan as part of a wider organisational review programme.
Main duties include:
– Supporting the Programme Change Manager in the development of programme change related plans, including a Benefits Realisation Plan.
– Providing leadership and direction to staff working within the Business Change Management Team,
– Liaising with staff across the organisation to support the adoption of programme changes.
– Mobilising a network of Change Champions to drive uptake of new ways of working.
– Managing a series of programme business change meetings.
– Overseeing governance, communications, monitoring and reporting arrangements related to programme change and benefits realisation
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience of effective leadership and communication, setting and prioritising goals to meet organisational business objectives
At least 2 years’ experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to use own initiative.
