Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

£13.57 per hour

JOB SUMMARY

The equip Programme has been initiated to replace the HR, Finance and Procurement Systems.

The Project Support Assistant will provide project support to HR team members who are taking a lead role in the design and implementation of equip. The post holder will work with HR staff to ensure the co-ordination and smooth operation of all equip activities within the Directorate. They will work with HR team members to collate and progress actions related to readiness activities

PRINCIPLE DUTIES OF THE POST

• Provide full administrative support to the HR equip readiness agenda including making arrangements for meetings, taking notes, preparation of documents, planners and spreadsheets, dissemination of programme information.

• Carry out project office functions including document control, report generation and distribution, maintaining all project files, collecting, chasing and maintaining project data.

• Establish and administer processes and systems including: keeping all general/project documentation up to date, generating reports, setting up master data in order to provide accurate and timely management information as required.

• Co-ordinate all data collection requests and returns, taking the necessary follow-up action to ensure deadlines for returns are met.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field and 1 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.

or

• 4 GCSE’s at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent qualification and 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.

or

• 3 years’ experience in a clerical/ administrative role.

• Experience of using Microsoft Teams to support with project management
