We are recruiting for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to work for a leading supplier in Blackpool FY4.

This role would suit anyone who lives within the FY area. A commutable area within a close proximity of Lytham, St Annes, Bispham, Blackpool, Fleetwood, Poulton and Kirkham.

Purchasing Administrator hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Purchasing Administrator Salary: up to £24,000

Purchasing Administrator roles and responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers in relation to pricing, delivery, location of delayed orders and returns.
  • Liaise with the accounts team to ensure invoicing values match order values. Manage discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Ensure all consumables and back-to-back orders are placed to support the pre agreed timescales.
  • Ensure support is provided to customer services and production teams.
  • Maintain and manage the data to ensure all supplier information in regard to contact details and pricing.
